Rental Rates: From £POA per week per apartment for 2 people. Water and electric are to be paid locally to the agents. Please ring our agent below for the latest special offers on all apartments. There is an extra charge of £5 per person for up to 2 more people in apartments with a sofa bed and we give a discount for single and extended occupancy in any of the apartments. To confirm your booking please contact our agents 1 week before departure. For bookings within 4 weeks of departure we require the full payment on arrival. A refundable security deposit is required in case of damage or excessive usage of utilities. This will be refunded less any charge for any loss, breakages or damage.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date and you lose any deposit already paid.

LIABILITY: We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups (i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest, war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, weather conditions etc.) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, and accidents loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. Your travel insurance should cover you and also for an adventure holiday if you are thinking of diving, kite surfing etc. It is also advised that cancellation insurance be contained within your travel insurance.

Please be advised that as Egypt is a Muslim country it is an offence for a single European woman to entertain an Egyptian male in rented apartments as this can lead to imprisonment for the male and deportation for the woman.

It is only allowed at present with a lawyers marriage certificate.
