Our three spacious luxury European style, air conditioned holiday home apartments are set within The Red Sea Pharaon Building with 24-hour security. The complex has an unsupervised swimming pool to the side and rear. Just the right place to catch a welcome sea breeze. There is also a roof sun terrace ideal for sunbathing, which all the apartments residents will have access to, with beautiful sea view, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.   All our apartments consist of 1 bedroom, living room, American style kitchen and a bath/shower room. The apartments also have a balcony just right for breakfasting in the sun. The apartments 104b and 304b sleep 4 as a double sofa bed is located in the lounge area, apartment 204b sleeps up to 2 as it has 2 single beds only. Each of the apartments can also be supplied with baby travel cot and high chair if needed these will need to be requested at time of booking. Please be advised. whilst children are welcome the apartments are not "child proof" and are situated on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

· Each of the holiday home apartments has a satellite TV in the living room.

· These are non-smoking apartments, therefore, we ask our clients who wish to smoke, to do so on the balcony area and not inside the apartments.

·  The complex also has a ground floor communal area, where an English Style Café will eventually take care of your needs, from a full breakfast to afternoon tea. Cold drinks and snacks just a call away.

·  A free welcome pack containing some basic necessities will be provided in the apartments (water, coffee, tea, milk etc) upon arrival.

· Maid service will clean the apartments and change your beds once a week. A laundry service is available at an extra charge payable locally.

· These beautiful holiday home apartments are located in a quiet prime location in El-Kawser on the Red Sea Riviera and are finished to high European standards. Situated approximately 2 minutes walk from the new Mansha walkway shopping area where there are many restaurants, café's and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. Many restaurants offer a delivery service. Sekala and Dahar, the older parts of Hurghada are just a short bus or taxi ride away which stop nearby, they are abundant and very cheap.

 

· Our management team are available 24hrs in case of emergency and will assist you in many ways.

·  In the apartments you will find a guest directory, which will give you much needed important information for getting around town, good eateries, taxi fares, where to shop for excellent bargains and a list of local activities for families and couples.

·  Activities locally include world class scuba diving, snorkeling, kite surfing and desert safaris. An 18 hole USPGA golf course is located at El Gouna about 20km away, while for the young at heart, Ministry of Sound, Hed Kandi and Papas1 & 2 bars present you with a wonderful colourful evening out. All this and sun sea sand every day throughout the year.

Trips available

As you may well be aware Egypt is one of the most beautiful places anywhere in the world, consisting of one of the only surviving ancient wonders of the world at Giza near Cairo which can be seen in a day trip. You can also visit Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Temples of Luxor and Karnak where the avenue of Sphinx's is a must see!
